The Google Fit app is constantly changing to offer more features and details of physical activity to users. And the latest update brings some changes to both Android and iOS, as well as WearOS.
As you can see in the image below, all the information collected from the apps that connect to Google Fit is now more easily accessible from now on.
At the top you will be shown a summary, following your daily and weekly goals or those of your most recent training. In this same main menu you also have access to blood pressure, weight or heart rate.
For those who have a Fossil Gen 5E or an Oura Ring, you will have more detailed access to sleep metrics. You will be able to see the various stages of sleep, create a calendar for bedtime and wake up and see if you are reaching your goals. In the future more equipment will have this option.
For those who have WearOS, it will be easier to start training and access information. Not only will you have easy access to the most recent workouts, but the most important metrics will be displayed on a single screen.
Users will now be able to see a summary of their workouts on a map, and the weather experience will also have new features.
All of these new features arrive, according to Google, over the next few days. You can find them both on Android devices, as well as those using iOS.
If you don’t know, Google Fit is an app that allows you to track your workouts or physical activity. You can set goals and associate it with your favorite applications and devices. It is available for Android, WearOS and iOS.
