Google continues to do an amazing job of updating and deploying new features in its applications, especially those for the Android system.
Google Chrome has been getting a lot of news and now the latest testing has started for yet another implementation. With the new interface of "autocomplete" functionality, everything will be much more convenient!
How to enable this new interface in Google Chrome?
It is important to note that this feature is only available for the Android version. Even though it is currently being tested, it can still be activated even if you are using the latest stable release.
To do so, you just need to follow these simple steps:
- Go to "chrome: // flags" address in Google Chrome
- Search for "keyboard accessory"
- Turn on all three flags available
- When you restart Google Chrome, you will already have access to the new interface!
Autocomplete has never been easier on Google Chrome for Android
Thanks to the great functionality of memorizing login data, payment card information, and other useful information, the Google Chrome user experience has become much more positive.
Nowadays, you'll be able to access your favorite sites and make purchases without having to constantly check your user details.
Until now, autocomplete suggestions have appeared in a pop-up positioned below the text box. Sometimes this pop-up was not in the most convenient position, even "hiding" important information on the screen.
The new interface being tested by Google will eliminate these minor issues and make the whole process much more intuitive.
As you can see in the pictures, you will now find a new bar above the keyboard where you will have access to all the information available to perform autocomplete.
