Google has made it easy for Google Calendar app users to bookmark events with their contacts. Anyone who uses this application daily knows that Google Calendar has a lot to change.
Although I want to use it regularly, problems with the complex interface and lack of possibilities, it simply made me use another App or only use this calendar when I was on my computer.
However, Google Calendar is probably one of the most integrated calendars you have with services I use regularly. Scheduling a meeting by hangouts is quick, creating an event between your contacts is simple (on PC, now on smartphone) and integrating the application with Gmail is seamless. You receive an email and you can immediately schedule an event on the calendar.
The new animated image you can see above shows you how the new Google Calendar app update organizes events with your contacts.
In short, you just need to click on an empty space, create an event, invite contacts and schedule the times you want. Sound simple and practical? Exactly! Now it is! In the past you had to send an email after inviting people and it became extremely frustrating.
Google Calendar will tell you the best meeting times
Also, if calendars are in sync with contacts, the app will hint at meeting at certain times due to your schedule. That is, confirm a time when all participants have empty space to recommend you. Unfortunately, you still can't detect locations. That is, If you are scheduling a meeting, confirm that they have the right meeting times and not an hour ahead. Something Google has not yet figured out how to do it correctly.
The new app update will soon come to your app. This side has not yet arrived, however, it is a matter of days until the Google calendar is finally more organized. However, if you don't have the app yet, you can install it through the Google Play Store here.
