We are looking for someone to add to our growing team. We are looking for someone
to help in the technical support department of our company. The ideal applicant will
have basic knowledge in computer technology/Kodi etc. however we will be providing
the necessary training. This job would be ideal for someone just out of college/second jobber.
The starting salary for this job will be £ 16,000 PA.
The pay can be increased for an applicant with increased knowledge and experience.
Some of the job duties include but are not limited to the following: –
* Testing/Fixing devices
* Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, and email
* Help customers who come into the shop with queries
The ideal candidate will have room to grow within the company and progress.

    Too bad, with so many great people out there, that you couldn’t have a remote site, and thus hire people with various language skills around the world. I used to work for a company selling McAfee On-line and we were trained, and worked from a remote computer that we logged in to. They had different shifts, and there was 24/7 coverage for help. I had a designated phone line at home, that was just for this off-site log in. Just a suggestion for your future growth.
