T8-V – issue with Ebox App

    Hi. I am a new user and have just taken delivery of a new T8-V.
    Many thanks to EBox for the speedy delivery.

    I have a minor issue in that when I display the “EBox App”, the options, I think there are 3 vertically, are squashed on top of each other.
    The Ebox banner also seems extra deep.
    My resolution is 1080p and that seems for everything except the “Ebox App”.



    Hi Richard, i’m sorry but i haven’t seen this issue before, there is currently a new OTA update for this device which may solve the issue, failing that try contacting the support team using the chat option at the bottom right of the site.

    Thanks for the reply. I believe I am on the latest update and that may well have caused the issue.
    It’s not really urgent but will follow up with the chat facility, hopefully tomorrow afternoon.



    I never got a satisfactory answer to this and was hoping that an update would fix but nothing has appeared.
    I find it hard to believe that the screen I see is correct: EBox banner across the top, white space below, 3 thick black lines about 1″ long in the bottom left hand corner.
    Unlike previous versions and the picture on the the web site, there are no icons for services, just the 3 lines.
