Issue with Netflix working

    Hi Good morning,

    I purchased a T8-4 box from you for Xmas. Everything seems good apart from it will not load any programs on Netflix. I can access Netflix ok, choose a movie, see where I have reached after watching in my smart Tv, but all I get is a logo and red circle spiralling saying loading.. I get the same issue on my older M8 box also.

    I have now deleted the Netflix app and now keep getting Error 0013 when trying to play a movie on line, strangely it does allow me to access the content to download and watch it but I cannot stream the content ..

    Have restarted router as well and also switched between wifi and Ethernet.. all with the same results ..

    Any clues what this issue might be?
