    Hi just bought a V5 & would like to use IPVanish. But I know people are having trouble with the new BT hub & VPN (on Windows) does anyone know of any issues or problems with using BT Smart Hub+VPN+Andriod system

    Hello,

    There won’t be issue using VPN just ensure BT smart setup and parental control or firewall is turned off. As its required to disable BT smart set when any new device connected to it.

    Hi I’ve done as you suggested, my iPhone connects no trouble. But I can’t get the V5 to connect, no matter which country it’s set to. A message comes up critical error, then all it says is connecting (TCP) – reconnecting, connecting (TCP) – reconnecting, connecting (TCP) – reconnecting and so on and so on. Please help
