How can I request a refund for a purchase in Fortnite?

The first thing you should know is that this solution has nothing to do with the usual purchases from the Fortnite and Rocket League store. And is that Epic Games will automatically return 1,000 V-Bucks and 1,000 Rocket League credits to all those who have ever bought one of these random items. When will I receive the money?

The return will be made automatically, and will affect only those who bought items of a random type, that is, Random loot flames in Save the World mode or event boxes or keys to open boxes in Rocket League. If, on the other hand, you bought X-ray llamas, in that case you will not receive any refund, since said llamas let you know what they were going to give away, so it is understood that the user was not conditioned in any way.

Epic Games is making the refunds right now, however, it may take a few days to see them in your Fortnite and Rocket League account.

Will I receive more than 1,000 V-Bucks for multiple purchases?

The limit will be in only one purchase, so if you bought more than one llama or random chest, we regret to tell you that you will not receive any refund for it, only the corresponding one for one purchase.

Can I claim more money if I am not satisfied?

All those users who feel dissatisfied with the lawsuit may officially protest to the company to request compensation for something like damages. The company has prepared a website where users can go by specifying if they bought in Fortnite or Rocket League, and it will be there where they detail exactly what type of damage or loss they have received after the purchase, as well as details related to the game account, date of purchase and the item purchased.

Epic Games will reserve a total of $ 26.5 million cash and other benefits for these cases, although the claimants they can only reside in the United States in this case, so there will be no opportunity for players from the rest of the world.
