Over the past few months, all information has pointed to a presentation in early 2019. But DJ Koh may have practically confirmed the arrival of the first folding smartphone much earlier than expected.
With competition from Chinese manufacturers tightening the siege, the brand had no other solution to ensure that it would be the first manufacturer to feature a true folding smartphone.
Samsung's first folding smartphone may arrive before Christmas
In interview with CNBCDJ Koh said it was time for Samsung to bring its fans the first folding smartphone. Especially after several user surveys have revealed that there is really a market waiting for this type of device.
Although there is not yet an official date of your arrival. Samsung CEO revealed that it is possible that the anticipated smartphone will be unveiled at the Samsung Developers Conference. This event will begin November 7 in San Francisco, California.

DJ Koh said that if his users don't see something special about his features that distinguishes him from a tablet, they won't be able to justify their purchase.
