Realme is the fastest growing manufacturer over the past year, managing to earn its place in the TOP10 of the largest smartphone makers. It will certainly continue to grow by the eye, considering it is currently one of Xiaomi's biggest rivals in the Indian market.
After many weeks of rumors and leaks, we finally have access to the first hands-on experience with Realme's much anticipated 64MP camera. During an event in New Delhi, the XDA Developers team had the opportunity to test the capabilities of this sensor, and the results are impressive.
Prototypes Feature Amazing Photographic Performance
Although the manufacturer's first smartphone with the Samsung ISOCELL Bright GW1 64MP sensor only arrived in October, several prototypes were made available for testing at the event. Still, the entire testing section was carried out under tight security measures.
It was not allowed to explore the various features of the camera, being limited to its basic features. Also, photo downloading, viewing of EXIF information, or even trying different settings on the camera was not allowed.
Considering that these were just prototypes, the quality in the detail of the photos is amazing. In the videos published by XDA Developers, we can see the quality level when zooming in on the picture. The details are undoubtedly impressive.
Realme 5 Pro will have the same configuration as 4 cameras but without 64MP sensor
Realme is making the latest preparations to introduce the new Realme 5 Pro. It will be released on August 15th. However, the anticipated smartphone will not arrive with the 64MP sensor.
Although not confirmed, it appears that the 48MP sensor will be in place. For the rest of the photographic module, it should be identical to the one in these prototypes. Therefore, it is expected that it also has extremely interesting Macro capabilities.
