Are you unable to access Facebook or any of its other applications? You are not the only one! Apparently, the social networking giant is having serious problems with its servers, leaving Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger inaccessible to thousands of users.
During the past few minutes, the DownDetector website has submitted several hundred reports on this problem. Still without any additional information on a possible cause for the “blackout”, as we can see on the map, the point of greatest focus is undoubtedly UK and Spain.
Considering the large volume of reports in both countries, it is possible that the problem is related to the server dedicated to the Iberian Peninsula.

As of 1 pm (UK time) the situation started to return to normal, being still (at the time of writing) very intermittent.
