First, you need to open KODI and start playing a Video stream. If the video is playing is out of sync with the audio. Click the little speaker icon on Player menu bar as per the screenshot below or the video help above ( Different Skins may have different icons but one of the Playback Gui buttons will take you to the window playback. Its marked in Yellow for you to proceed with steps on it.

The window will open up and you need to Click on Audio Offset Entry on it and Adjust the slider until lip sync is achieved by moving it ahead or behind ( You may need to check a few time til it gets fits on what level of adjustment is needed. Please refer to below image-
If you find all the streams you have same lip sync issue or the same and so its hard to do that on each stream so you will need to go to the previous menu mentioned as above and Click the Set as default for all video entry on it so now this setting will be saved for all the stream.
