Spotify recently joined Podcasts, however, it is beginning to evolve more and more in a segment that was believed to have been in existence for a few years.
If you listen to Podcasts on Spotify you can now have an interaction with your content creators with polls that are posted during the event.
Polls on Spotify Podcasts
The surveys are still in a very early stage, however, it is believed that it will not be long before it reaches all users. The new feature will give content creators a question to the audience and see responses in real time.
This for podcasts that are live. Those that are recorded, however, are believed to have the possibility of probing and interacting with it. However, there is no real-time feedback from who is hosting the Podcast.
Interaction is the watchword in Spotify Podcasts
This new feature brings gold to everyone who creates podcasts. On our EBox Podcast (which we do on YouTube dedicated to every 15 days) we love live interactions.
In fact, many of your comments generate new questions, discussions and opinions. With this feature on Spotify, it will be a revolution for everyone who does not record the podcast with little face broadcasts on video streaming platforms.
We still don’t know when the new feature will reach all users and podcasters. For now we know that 90% of users will be able to see this new feature and that it will only take a few weeks before it reaches Android and iOS.
Finally, someone looks at podcasts seriously. For a lover of this type of content, I am happy to see the investment in this segment increase.
