The Honda E is the first 100% electric car from Honda. Announced by the brand recently, it lacked details about its features. In a statement, the brand revealed that the tram will be able to charge 80% in 30 minutes, and its independently suspended chassis promises a responsive driving experience.
This is a car intended for city life. We are talking about a vehicle with a compact design, where all the features are based on the stability to be used when driving in the city. In its statement, the brand highlighted four of them:
- Chassis optimized for next generation agile cars in urban environments;
- Honda E engine is designed for maximum efficiency and usability;
- Efficient battery with fast charging technology;
- Clean, streamlined styling gives the new vehicle suburban reference status.
The battery is positioned at a low and central level, promoting an equitable weight distribution. The power of your electric motor is provided by the rear wheels, which ensure stability even at high speeds.
35.5kWh battery guarantees 200km range
With a capacity of 35.5 kWh, the battery guarantees a range over 200km. The brand also promises that it can reach 80% in just 30 minutes, which is significant.
The outer chambers are placed in place of the rearview mirrors. This choice by the brand gives the driver a privileged view of the environment around the vehicle.
The new electric is central to Honda's strategy of focusing 100% of its European sales on electric technology by 2025. The Honda E is not yet announced, but is believed to be around 32,000 euros. The vehicle has already received 31,000 expressions of interest. To do so, just go to the Honda website and leave your name and email.
