This week, the ratings of those who will be the best players in FIFA 21 were revealed. Electronic Arts shared that, once again, Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi are at the top of this list.
With each new FIFA, there is always the question of who will be chosen to have the best overall. And this time, Messi was ahead of Ronaldo. The Argentine star has a rating of 93, and Cristiano Ronaldo of 92.

This means that, for EA Sports, Messi is currently the best in the world, with Ronaldo close behind. But if, like me, you have been playing FIFA for some time, you know that a higher overall rating does not mean that the player will be better on the pitch.
Ronaldo has more speed than Messi (89 against 85), and shot (93 against 92). But he ends up losing in the pass (91 against 81), in the dribble (95 against 89) and in the defense (38 against 35). Wins in the physical (77 against 65).
Unsurprisingly, behind these appear players like Lewandowski, Neymar Jr, Kevin De Bruyne or Oblak. UK’s players like Bruno Fernandes or Bernardo Silva, appear below with an 87 rating.
FIFA 21 has official launch scheduled for October 9
