With the release of the upcoming Apple TV + subscription service, Apple has released yet another See series trailer. The series will have Jason Momoa as protagonist. You'll probably recognize Momoa in his roles as Khal Drogo in DC's Game of Thrones and Aquaman.
See is actually set in a post-apocalyptic world, after a viral infection has cleared most of the planet's humanity. In this way the human being has regressed to a system of tribal societies, where the struggle for survival is almost daily.
The great element that feeds the plot of this series is the fact that humans have no sense of sight. Everyone is blind in this world until a baby is born who has sight. As they say in good UK's "who has an eye, in the land of the blind is king". The series will develop around the baby and the reason he has received the gift.
However, some preliminary reviews are not favoring the series. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the show is "not even close to being good" and is "a waste of time for Jason Momoa and the other actors involved,"
Apple TV + will be released with many original content
In addition to See, Apple TV + contains more programs in its catalog. We have the drama and comedy series The Morning Show, the black humor series Dickinson and the science fiction series For All Mankind.
Apple TV + launches on November 1st and will feature original content produced by Apple in partnership with industry writers and producers. The service will be launched in more than 100 countries initially, UK included. The monthly value is 4.99 €.
