Apple and Samsung smartphones exceed allowed radiation limits, study says

According to a study by the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) lab, some of Samsung's and Apple's smartphones exceed the radiation limits set by the country.

It was in this sense that an American law firm, FeganScott, decided to sue both manufacturers for allegedly "endangering users' health."

‚ÄúSamsung smartphones have changed the way we live. Adults, teens and kids wake up to check email or play games and do school work or exercises on their devices, ‚ÄĚsays Beth Fegan.

‚ÄúThey carry these devices in their pockets during the day and literally fall asleep with them in their beds,‚ÄĚ says the same source. The study in question focuses on three Apple models and three Samsung models.

iPhone 8 or Galaxy S8 are the most targeted devices

In the case of Apple, the study focuses on the iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8 and iPhone XR. In the same molds are the Galaxy S8, S9 and S10. To be aware of the analysis done, the iPhone 8 will have exceeded the radiation limits five times in the tests. Already the Galaxy S8 will have done it three times.

This law firm wants to alert users to the problem, wanting both Apple and Samsung to pay for the health problems they may have caused.
