How about changing the way you look at the layout of your "Android Messaging" app with the new "Dark Mode" feature? Dark mode has finally reached the Google app, but the version upgrade is not yet in the Google Play store.
Just yesterday we talked about the changes of the Android application, however, unfortunately the official update has not yet come to UK. The version in the Google Play Store is 3.4 yet without the new design and possibilities.

But you know I'm as impatient as you. If you are reading this article, then you want Dark Mode in your "Android Messaging" app and you want it now!
Relax that everything will be as expected. After reading this article and installing what I will tell you to install, you just have to go to settings and turn on dark mode.
To activate Dark Mode you must have version 3.5 of the Android Messaging App
Let's go step by step. First you will need to install the Android app which you will see in the icon below. The app will not forward to the Google Play Store. Instead, I downloaded the APK and sent it to Google Drive. After clicking the icon you just need to click download.
Wait a few seconds for the download to begin. A popup will jump to confirm that you want to download. Then you just need to click open. It then states that you want to install applications from unknown sources and that you give this possibility. Lastly you just need to click install. You close the Android Messaging app and open it again.

You'll see that you already have the new design. We have a cleaner and minimalist ideology. In the corner you will have the bubble indicating "start Chat" instead of the "+" symbol.
PS: After installation you will have to close the messaging application. If possible, restart the smartphone and you will see that it has been successfully installed. Even if you close for a while the smartphone still caches the app.
How to turn on Dark Mode in Android Messaging
Open the app and click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner next to the magnifying glass. You just have to click "activate dark mode" and it's done! As simple as that.
If you liked the new change, you are free to contribute your thanks by downloading our app from the Google Play Store. With our App installed your smartphone looks better and, better than that, you'll never miss a pinch of the tech world.
