The first Developer Preview of Android 12 has already been released for compatible smartphones last week. Among the novelties is a renewed lock screen, as well as the different notification bar.
Thanks to ROM programmer @ kdrag0n, we now know how Android 12 themes can be, inspired by the most varied wallpapers. And there is no doubt that they are surprising.
This programmer managed to reverse engineer system properties, thus activating themes based on “Monet” wallpaper. Below you can see the various variations published by the source on Twitter.
Here we can see the theme in different colors, showing how both the settings and the shaded backgrounds can adapt to them. The same is true at the bottom of the operating system itself.
“I activated the functionality after setting a system property,” the programmer told XDA Developers. He also believes that Google will take notifications to a more rounded format, as we saw in previous leaks.
Internally Android 12 is known as Snow Cone. It arrives with a renewed notification system, improvements to the vibration of your smartphone and prepared for the big screen and more updates. The multimedia experience has been improved for music, films and series and there is a reinforcement of the second and privacy, as you can see in this article dedicated to the theme.
