16-inch MacBook Pro unveiled in macOS Catalina Beta

In recent months there have been rumors of Apple launching a 16-inch MacBook Pro. The most obvious evidence of its future existence is that it has now been "found" in beta 10.15.1 of macOS Catalina.

This beta has references to this model, with code including icons for the new computer. And if you were expecting significant aesthetic changes, the revealed images are not encouraging.

At first glance, it looks like one of the current 15-inch MacBook Pro, but with reduced margins. If this design choice is confirmed, the big change will be right on the panel.

Remember that these icons meet the latest rumors about the device. It seems that Apple should increase the screen size without increasing its footprint.

The images shared by MacGeneration show that the computer will be released in Silver and Space Gray. Another big news in this device could be the return to the keyboard scissors.

As we had already reported, Apple plans to return to the scissor keyboards. It is recalled that these were used by the company until 2015, when it began to choose the butterfly keyboards.

Pricing and Availability

This will be a computer released with the latest hardware, a new screen size and possibly a return to a keyboard that Apple users love. The latest rumors attest that its price could start at around 3000 euros. The release is scheduled for later this month, but until we have official confirmation is pure speculation.
