Redmi today headed an event that served to present its new laptop. After 15.6 and 14 inch models, the 13 inch RedmiBook has now become official.
Redmi CEO Lu Weibing introduced the product and highlighted its qualities. It is a laptop for those who want a screen with very low margins and very light.
RedmiBook 13 has 89% screen utilization
The screen is 13.3 inches and has a Full HD + resolution. With such low margins, it can have a 89 percent screen utilization. According to Xiaomi's sub-brand, the computer size is equivalent to 96% of an A4 sheet.
At about 1.23kg, it can provide a battery life of up to 11 hours. Thanks to its fast charging, it promises to recharge the battery up to 50% in just 35 minutes.
The company bet on a cooling system that puts the maximum heat transfer at 70%. In terms of operating system, users will be able to count on Windows 10 Home, and Office Students preinstalled.
The computer comes in three variants, all of which have 10th generation Intel processors. The basic version comes with a Core i5 processor, reaching the most powerful version with a Core i7

The new RedmiBook is coming to China today, and will go on sale from December 12. For the moment there is no data of a possible launch in Europe, but soon they can certainly be found in the usual online stores.
